We woulds love to be able to keep all our Shiba's until they reach old age & head for the big raimbow but we have to be realistic.
I can only give a certain number of dogs the attention they desire & I have 2 options I either cannot keep any youngsters for the breeding and show ring or I look for ideal homes for my retired dogs or dogs that just simply don't enjoy the Show.
These are not "rescue" dogs, they do not have to have another home as they could live with us for the rest of their life, but for some dogs if a suitable home and lovely family came up we would consider letting them go so that they can have more attentions and a life more happy...
also the long-distance adoptions could also be useful for the "older Shibas" ones, so as to give us the opportunity to follow them as best as possible here with us, and there would be several opportunities for you!...contact us if you want to know more
